About Soddesk
Soddesk is a free resource and a way to send sod jobs to a partner grower. It is for commercial landscapers, builders, and specifiers.
What it is
You describe the job. Soddesk passes that request to a partner grower. The grower quotes the job and, if you accept, fills the order. You deal directly with the grower on price, delivery, and the sale.
Soddesk does not grow sod, sell it, deliver it, invoice it, finance it, or set the price.
Who it is for
Landscaping companies, builders, and others who specify or install sod and want a grower quote without hunting for one. Homeowners can read the guides, but the job form asks for a company because the service is built for commercial buyers.
Who pays
Soddesk is sponsored by Confluence Holdings. Buyers do not pay Soddesk to use the site or to send a job. Soddesk earns a commission from growers who fulfill orders. That is disclosed on the job form before you submit.
What grass
The only grass the job form offers right now is Tifway 419 Bermuda. Guides may discuss other grasses so you can compare them. Those pages are educational. They are not an offer to supply those grasses.
Service area
Serving North Texas and Oklahoma.
If a job is outside that area, we may not have a grower who can take it.
What we do not invent
